Emotion, the first E of marketing in the metaverse, is all about adventure, thrill, and creativity. She mentions its resemblance with the metaverse and explains “how consumers enjoy the emotional ride, gain immersive experiences, and are deeply engaged with the opportunities that metaverse offers.”
Experience, the second E of marketing in the metaverse, offers an incredible range of possibilities with digital avatars that are fully immersed and interacting with other users.
Namita describes the immersive potion of experience spell in which your avatars fully immerse to mingle with various other people.
And since humans are social beings, the last E, Engagement, provides brand leaders with the opportunity to craft genuinely innovative interactions with customers in the metaverse.
