Dr. Lisa Collins is a Racial Healing Expert who is on a mission to bring racial consciousness through her coaching model.
According to her, racism is the biggest problem that hinders a sense of community in people. By raising her voice against unjust racial practices and promoting change, Lisa hopes to make the children’s future.
Lisa’s coaching model is based on her autoethnographic research. She utilized STAR( Strategies for Trauma, Awareness, and Resilience) models to understand the cycles of racial harm and how to break the cycle of racial trauma. Her experience became a new model for racial healing based on STAR. She uses this and other tools to assist organizations in her professional career.
Education Through Engagement, LLC is Lisa’s consulting firm committed to providing services for organizational health. Her job is to support talent and employee management. She aims to create a healthy environment where people of color and non-people of color work together to benefit the organization.
